Centrally located, you’ll be less than 5 minutes from the Buc's Stadium, 10 minutes to downtown, within 25 minutes from St Petersburg, and within 30 minutes to the beach.
• Upstairs unit with street parking only
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Minimum rental age of 25
• Ring doorbell camera recording
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• We are happy to welcome pets! For stays up to 7 nights, a one-time pet fee per pet, per stay is applied during the booking process. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night, charged separately after booking confirmation.
