This centrally located studio is in the quiet & safe North Hyde Park neighborhood of Tampa. Just mins from the Tampa Airport, I-275 Downtown, Ybor City, The Aquarium, Zoo, Busch Gardens, and a short drive across the bridge to all of the wonderful beaches! This space was thoughtfully decorated and features free WiFi, laptop friendly workspaces, a full kitchen with basic amenities, free parking, and laundry facilities in the building! Perfect for a traveling professional or city explorer!

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Minimum rental age is 25
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• There is a shared laundry room available for use and it costs $1.50 per load.
• We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.
