We are Owned by Andrew Steffens and our company is Vacation Rentals of Florida. We are based out of Tampa, Florida and strive to deliver a great guest experience while enjoying the paradise that this part of the world has to offer!
Andrew is an 8 year Army Veteran and USF Alumni before starting in Real Estate in 2012. In his real estate career he has focused on Investment Properties, Property Management, and Property Maintenance. He is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Florida.
Our Management Team are experienced professionals. Kevin Biesecker is the Director of Operations and Onboarding. He joined the team in 2022.
Roger Nelson is the Director of Facilities which includes Maintenance and Housekeeping. He also joined the team in 2022.

Listen people! I'm trying to see where to begin with this...I deeply enjoyed this stay. My family was traveling to St. Pete for a funeral last minute when we came across this listing. It was 10 adults and 2 children and we were able to co-exist without being on top of each other! It says 4 bedrooms (comfortable beds) but I would count the middle of the house as an extra bedroom with 3 FULL bathrooms! My family loved the showers. 2 dining areas and 2 sitting areas, one up front and the other in the middle of the house with TV's. Cleanliness throughout the entire house. Patio on the side of the house with a seating area. Parking in the front or the rear. House is 1 minute away from 34th Street which is a main street with a plethora of restaurants and stores. Communication was quicker than expecting a text from that new flame, they won't leave you on read! LOL I've said enough... BOOK THIS PLACE! You won't regret it and stay at least 3 days, you're gonna wish you did. Plug *Try Po Folks restaurant, Southern cooking, we went twice! *

This house is exactly as pictured! It’s so gorgeous! The rooms are perfect for a girls trip or family vacation! We enjoyed swimming in the pool. It even has a light so you can swim at night. It’s very close to grocery stores, shops, and the beaches! It was about a 30 minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg. Very quick communication with the host and easy check-in/check-out. Would highly recommend!
