Please note there is no traditional stove or oven; the kitchen includes dual hot plates and a toaster oven instead, making it best for coffee, breakfast, leftovers, and light cooking. The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a full-size bed. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower only, no tub. Guests also have front and back door access, secure keypad/code entry, balcony/patio seating, and laundry access for added convenience. The location makes it easy to enjoy Tampa without staying directly in the downtown rush. Occupancy – No more than 4 guests allowed to stay overnight.
Guest list required – For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
Sign the rental agreement – Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
PET POLICY
Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.
Guests planning to bring pets must provide the following information before arrival:

• Age
⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETS—even if tied to a car parked in the property’s parking spaces—will result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.
PET FEES
Pet fees are paid separately after the reservation is confirmed, as they are not included in the reservation amount.
First Pet
• $175 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $75 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period
Second Pet

Cats: A $500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to have no damages caused by the cat.
RESTRICTED BREED POLICY
Due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are restricted. However, guests traveling with a restricted breed may still be able to bring their pet by obtaining temporary pet liability insurance covering the dates of their stay.
The policy must:
• Cover the entire duration of the reservation
• Provide liability coverage for the pet
• List STR Management Solutions, LLC as Additional Insured
• A copy of the policy must be submitted prior to check-in.
Short-term policies are commonly available through providers such as Thimble or NerdWallet.
