Whether you're here for a beach vacation, a family retreat, or a work trip, our spacious 4-bedroom home with private pool in the charming Highland Oaks neighborhood is designed for relaxation and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Step into your private backyard retreat, perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Take a dip in the heated pool anytime, enjoy a meal in the outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill, or unwind around the fire pit. The fully fenced yard is also great for pets to run around play safely. Everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay awaits!

• Minimum rental age of 25
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees.
• We're happy to welcome pets! For stays up to 7 nights, a one-time pet fee per pet, per stay is applied during the booking process. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night, charged separately after booking confirmation. Please contact us before booking if you need clarification about the applicable pet fee. Breed restrictions apply.
